High school life and friends

We encounter countless people as we go on with life and eventually even meet new friends along the way. But those friends we've got during our teenage (formative) years really brings sweet memories.

Just remember the times when we still don't families, jobs and (of course!) serious problems! Remember the years when we still don't have love handles (boys) and cellulite (girls) :) The days when we still don't have diabetes or hypertension.

As adults, yet still many years until life is said to begin (if it will really do at forty??) LOL! (and I hope to live long enough to reach that) most of us achieve their dreams. I'm proud to say that one of my best friends who used to fly planes on "Atari" is now flying a real jet fighter plane! The feeling is really wonderful when you see friends succeed in life. \o/

While some get lucky in their journey achieving their dreams, some also are going to fail. I believe that this is something natural and normal (seeing peers as a basketful of tomatoes), some gets the other way around.

We might have learned more, developed wrinkles and grayed some hairs. Some became rich, others poor or otherwise. We might have met millions of friends as a result of our day to day meeting new people, socializing, our migration to other cities or countries. But, getting together, talking all day... few hours... few minutes... or even having few silent lapses with high school friends is really something special.

High school life and friends really bring sweet memories... Well that's the time and point in our lives when all of us (basically) rely on our parents for everything we need.
